Venus and Serena Williams have always been the tennis idols for Gauff and it must have been a dream come true for her. Even though the pair couldn’t reach the second round of Roland Garros 2021, Gauff loved the experience of playing alongside Venus.
In a recent interview, Gauff revealed that she now wants to pair up with Serena Williams in the doubles category. She believes that she can convince Serena to play with her someday. So there are now chances that fans might see the pair of Serena and Gauff taking on some opponents together.
“Maybe I can get Serena on the same side next… Shoot my shot,” said Gauff.
